About Tim Austrums, Founder and CEO:  

With twenty years of executive and leadership experience in the BPO and contact center industry, Tim is an expert in the healthcare field, leading top companies such as Humana to greater success in enrollments, and member experience. He also helped elevate customer experience for existing members.  Working with a diverse list of clients ranging from State of Louisiana, Office of Group Benefits, and Louisiana Dept. of Children and Family Services, FEMA, to Humana and to Blue Cross/Blue Shield , Discover, and Ameriprise, he has met urgent needs on the fly with strategy and agility. His professionalism and extensive industry-related experience has made him an asset and trusted partner for top clients.
